Jennifer Rayes is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Dunamis Holding, where she leads operations across both the Trading and Consulting divisions.

With over 15 years of international experience in project management and strategy across the U.S., Middle East, and Europe, she specializes in turning complex operational environments into structured, scalable systems.

Her background in chemical engineering brings a strong analytical foundation to strategy, execution, and performance optimization.

Jennifer has led multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with Bechtel and supported government and organizational transformation initiatives.

Today, she applies this experience to building integrated business systems, driving operational efficiency, and developing data-driven decision-making frameworks through tools such as Power BI dashboards.

Her expertise spans infrastructure, energy, public sector modernization, and international trade, where she has consistently delivered high-impact results across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

In addition to her executive role, Jennifer is a certified Engineer in Training (EIT – Texas) and holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

She is also a published author and actively contributes to leadership development and executive training initiatives.
